Free accounts have access to Sens.ai's Align Boost only. The Align Boost behaves differently depending on your setup:
- No headset, no membership: access is via the Sens.ai app and account. Includes binaural beats, guided breathing, and an optional guided meditation track. There is no light stimulation, because there is no headset to deliver it.
- Former Personal Membership with a headset: a former member who still owns a headset keeps access to Align only. It still runs real tPBM light stimulation, at your previously-calibrated fixed frequency rather than a live-personalized one (live personalization requires an active membership).
Safety note: tPBM light stimulation is non-invasive at any frequency, whether personalized or not. Live personalization tunes the light to your brain's own rhythm to optimize the effect; it is not what makes the stimulation safe.
