There are studies showing sleep becoming more efficient through neurofeedback. Deep sleep is also a key variable to monitor for efficient sleep. The science behind our Focus Program, Sensory Motor Rhythm (SMR) training, in particular, has been shown to make sleep more efficient with a faster onset of sleep, less waking and more restful sleep.
