My partner/family and I each have our own Personal Memberships — how do we combine into a Duo or Family?

You don't combine existing Personal Memberships into one — the new membership owner upgrades their Personal plan to Duo or Family, and then invites the rest of the household.


Here's the flow:


1. The person who will be the owner logs in to their Sens.ai Account on the website.

2. Go to subscription management and choose to change the plan.

3. Select Duo or Family.

4. Once the new plan is active, send invitations to the other members through the Sens.ai App.


What happens to the other members' existing Personal Memberships when they accept the invitation depends on where their Personal plan was billed:


Stripe (website): automatically cancelled, with a prorated refund for the remaining time.


Apple or Google: Apple and Google subscriptions can't be cancelled by Sens.ai. The member needs to cancel their Personal subscription manually in their Apple/Google settings before they can accept the invitation. Contact support@sens.ai for help with refunds.


Everyone keeps their own Sens.ai Account, training data, progress, and unlocks through the transition.
