How do I remove someone from my Duo or Family Membership?

As the owner of the membership, you can remove any member at any time.


  1. Open your account and go to your membership settings.
  2. Find the member you want to remove in the member list.
  3. Select the option to remove them.


Once removed, they lose access to the training content covered by the membership. Their Sens.ai Account stays intact, along with their training history, progress, and unlocks. If they want to keep training, they can purchase their own Personal Membership.


Freeing up a seat lets you invite someone else up to the limit of your plan.
