What's the difference between a BrainYears Assessment and a GeniusPulse Assessment?

GeniusPulse is the assessment at home. BrainYears is the assessment in the clinic. Both are true readings of the same brain, taken with different instruments.

GeniusPulse measures brain function on one standardized task and shows you two things: how far you have moved from your own first assessment, and where you sit among people your age. A BrainYears report returns something GeniusPulse never does, which is a functional brain age.

The two are deliberately not correlated, so you can be improving steadily at home and still sit below average for your age in clinic. Those are not in conflict. Moving up your own curve and reaching the middle of your age group are two different milestones.
