What is the GeniusPulse Assessment?

The GeniusPulse Assessment is a 15-minute functional test you take at home in Assess Mode, the third mode in the app alongside Boost and Train. You use the handheld controller while the headset records.

The measurement is based on event-related potentials, the brain's responses to precisely timed events. While you work through a standardized task, the headset records your brain's electrical signals to millisecond precision. It captures both the pre-conscious activity in your brain's electrical signals and your conscious performance on the task, which is why the timing can be read so finely.
