Both the Sens.ai headset and the GeniusPulse controller use a lithium battery and charge via USB-C. Your device will come with universal charging adaptors. Keep your device in a safe, dry location when charging.
The first time you charge your device it may take up to 3 hours. You can leave your device to charge overnight, the power management system will turn off when charging is complete. The green LED light on the right ear cup of the headset will illuminate when charging. The green light will turn off when the device is fully charged.
We recommend charging the headset when the battery level gets between 25% and 35%.

Do not use your headset while charging.
Warranty may be void if using charging components that did not come with the Sens.ai headset.
