When not in use, we recommend storing the Sens.ai headset in the carrying case.
It should be unnecessary, but if you wish to clean your brainwave sensors, you can do by holding the gold ring (not the fabric) and gently wipe each sensor with a damp lint-free cloth. Similarly for the fabric earcup sensor - wipe gently with a damp lint-free cloth.
It is not necessary but if wanting to use cleaning wipes for the sensors, only use non-alcoholic wipes.
