What is the Warranty process?

Sens.ai offers a 1-year warranty for hardware defects. If your hardware fails within this period, Sens.ai will repair or replace your headset. Please contact [email protected] for warranty inquiries.


Coverage Details: The warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues that inhibit your ability to use the product. 


Exclusions: Damage resulting from misuse of the product is not covered under warranty. Examples are:

  • Dropping or impact damage
  • Breaking the devices
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Typical wear and tear 


Warranty Period after exchange: If you’ve received a warranty replacement, your coverage will last for the remaining period of the original warranty or 90 days from receiving your new device —whichever provides the longer coverage. 


Warranty Process: The warranty process may include initial troubleshooting with our development team. If your device is deemed eligible, replacement sensors and/or an exchange may be provided. For app issues, such as bugs or troubleshooting, please email [email protected]
