What is the Return and Refund process?

We will accept all undamaged returns within 30 days of receipt of your device. We will refund the device purchase price. The purchaser must cover the cost of shipping to return the applicable product(s).

Please note that if this form is not complete, we will not be able to initiate the Refund & Return Process. A member of our team will be in touch within 72 business hours regarding the status of your request. Please note not all requests will be approved. If approved, it may take up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
