Is it normal to experience dizziness/headaches/nausea after training or boosting?

Typically, most people doing neurofeedback experience little or no adverse effects. Most find the sessions very calming with a feeling of quiet focus. Very rarely some people experience feelings of dizziness, anxiety, nausea or headaches that are transient and will fade after the training.

If you have a history of concussion and/or are prone to headaches, we recommend you start using the Sens.ai system up to 3 times a week initially and then increase in frequency of use as your brain adapts to the training and stimulation.

It is important to note that Sens.ai is not a medical device and only provides performance training and wellness programs.  Please see the Sens.ai Terms of Sale and Disclaimer.
