The levels are part of our gamification process. As you train and complete Missions, you will accumulate "Experience Points". The more consistent with training the higher level of experience gained. Experience points are seen at the end of each training session.
When you click on "Profile" in the app, you will also see what minerals you have collected as well as your total experience points. The relate to the experience points. The minerals are earned by each training and grants you specific minerals.
Once you navigate over to your profile in the app, you can click the little blue "i" info button beside the minerals to see what they unlock, as well as to watch the trailer which explains more.
We included this as a way to keep the training fun and engaging.
