How do I change my address ?

If your order has not been shipped, please email to make changes to your mailing address.

If your device has shipped you can change the delivery date or shipment address directly with your carrier. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your carrier to input your order with a tracking number and estimated delivery time. Changes with the carrier can occur once this information is live. Please note some carriers may require one delivery attempt before they allow a change to be made.

All shipments require a signature upon receipt. If you are away or if you miss your shipment, UPS will hold your package for 7 days. FedEx will hold your package for 5 days.
