How can I ensure accurate and consistent results during Assess sessions?

Modified on Tue, 15 Sep at 1:25 PM

Several things influence your results from one assessment to the next: your stress level, energy, alertness, presence and overall well-being. Food or caffeine beforehand can matter, and so can immune activation such as a virus or inflammation.

To keep your results comparable:

  • Test under similar conditions each time: same location, same setup, same day of the week, same time of day.
  • Pick a time of day when you are typically alert and focused.
  • Avoid assessing when you are sleep-deprived, unwell, or under significant stress.
  • Look at the trend across assessments rather than any single result.
