Following a signal check, you may receive a pop-up notifying you that an environmental disturbance has been detected. This pop-up will recommend that you move a minimum of 1 meter from your current location. You will be given the option to either move or proceed with your session. We recommend you do not proceed.
Environmental disturbances are EMF; often WiFi, fiber to the home, power bars, smart TVs, powered chairs, desks, or beds. These will show up in the beta spectrum and interfere with training.
