How long are the cool-down periods?

After a given training session, you cannot do a second training session for 90 minutes. You cannot do the same training session for 6 hours. If you’ve already done 2 training sessions in that same day, the third training session needs to be 12 hours after the first. Essentially, you can do 2 training sessions every 12 hours. The Boosts are available every 6 hours. Calm Heart is always available.
