Sens.ai has been designed to help its non-meditating users achieve comparable benefits of meditation quicker, and help those who already meditate become more proficient in meditation. The hallmark of meditators is their capacity to control their attention and access different states of being according to the intent of their practice.
Neurofeedback and heart coherence, which are at the heart of Sens.ai are designed to train and teach you this. Our Programs are mapped to the brainwave states that correlate with different types of meditation. For example, focused attention, the foundational mindfulness practice, correlates with low beta (SMR) and alpha brain states. Our Concentration program trains exactly this. Another example is Open Awareness meditation practice, which correlates with alpha and theta brainwaves which is trained in our Introspection Program. We also offer 12 advanced guided meditations that can be selected alongside the light stimulation Boost option. These have been chosen specifically because of their potency in evoking inner transformation and insight.
