What does the "X" mean when I do my GeniusPulse Assessment?

Modified on Thu, 4 Apr at 11:56 AM

If you see an "X" during the Genius Pulse Assessment, it means there aren't enough good trials. The test will pause and ask you to check the signal. Once the signal is back, you can continue.

Common reasons for getting an "X" are:

  • Blinking too much or blinking whenever the screen changes.
  • Bumping the headset after the test starts.
  • Moving around too much.

If you continue the assessment after re-establishing a good signal, you'll be asked if you want to skip the questions you've already answered.
