While the changes may not be permanent immediately, consistent training builds upon itself, reinforcing the learned behaviors and making them more permanent. Just like physical exercise, some days may be more optimal than others due to factors like sleep quality or dopamine levels. However, any effort put into training contributes to long-term improvements in brain function and efficiency.
