Just like physical fitness, Sens.ai starts with the essentials—designed to build your brain’s flexibility, efficiency, and resilience. The initial Train programs lay the foundation, helping you tune into different brain states and strengthen your ability to access them when you need them most. As your competency grows, more advanced programs will become available.
To speed things up, we recommend choosing the faster training pace within each Mission. For example, in the Ultimate Resilience Mission, opt for 5 sessions per week instead of 3. More training = faster progress.
We understand the excitement to unlock everything right away—especially for high performers and experienced biohackers—but Sens.ai is designed to deliver real, lasting transformation. Regardless of your background, we invite you to approach training with a beginner’s mindset.
