It depends on how you pay.
If you pay through the Sens.ai website (Stripe): Contact support (support@sens.ai) when you're ready to consolidate. We'll cancel your Personal Membership and issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period to your original payment method.
If you pay through Apple or Google: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by Sens.ai. You'll need to request a refund directly through their support channels after cancelling. Apple and Google decide whether to grant the refund.
