I pay for my Sens.ai membership through the website (Stripe) — what happens to the time I've already paid for?

If your Personal Membership is billed through the website (Stripe), you won't lose the time you've already paid for.


When you consolidate into a Duo or Family Membership, we cancel your Personal Membership and issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. The refund goes back to the original payment method.


If you need help with this, contact support and we'll take care of it for you.
