What happens if the owner cancels the whole Duo or Family Membership?

When the owner cancels a Duo or Family Membership, everyone on the membership loses access to the training content at the end of the current billing period.


Each person's Sens.ai Account stays intact, along with training history, progress, unlocks, and assessment results. Anyone who wants to keep training can purchase their own Personal Membership, or be invited to a different Duo or Family Membership.
