Sens.ai targets a range of brainwave frequencies: delta, theta, alpha, beta, and gamma. The headset reads and trains across the full range from delta through the third harmonic of gamma (1 Hz to 120 Hz). Each frequency band corresponds to different states and cognitive functions.
