Why isn't my Genius Pulse lighting up when I turn it on or plug it into the headset?

When prompted to plug in the GeniusPulse Controller for your Assessment, don't worry if the screen doesn't show anything at first. Just check if the top status light is blue – that means it's working fine.

Remember to listen for a "click" when plugging in the GeniusPulse Controller to make sure it's fully connected.

Make sure your device is not plugged into the charger.
