What is the mechanism behind training the brain, and how can it lead to long-term changes?

Training the brain involves a process known as operant conditioning, which is a fundamental learning mechanism. Similar to learning a language or playing an instrument, repeated practice leads to permanent changes in the brain's traits over time. Through neurofeedback, we provide the brain with feedback on optimal frequencies and positions, guiding it toward more efficient neural activity. This process strengthens neural networks, making self-regulation and learning more efficient.
