To update the Firmware for your Headset, please ensure that you have latest app version updated on your device.
Once that is complete, you should receive any Firmware prompts automatically.
If you choose to or accidentally skip the Firmware update, when you restart the app you will be prompted to update once again.
We advise to accept any Firmware or App updates as this will ensure a better user experience.
