If your Personal Membership was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, we can't cancel or refund it for you — those subscriptions are controlled by Apple and Google, not by Sens.ai.
To consolidate into a Duo or Family Membership:
- Cancel your Personal Membership directly through Apple or Google. Instructions are in our help articles on cancelling an Apple or Google subscription.
- Once cancelled, any unused time stays active until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds for unused time must be requested directly from Apple or Google. They decide whether to grant a refund.
- You (or the membership owner) can then purchase the new Duo or Family Membership on the website.
