Sens.ai's 'personalization' is a concierge that narrows the full range of Missions to the ones that are most relevant for you to choose from based on your self-assessment and goals. These Missions provide a clear outline of recommended Programs and their timings.
Upon initial device setup, you will be guided through an Assess session to kickstart your personalized experience. The Programs suggested within your recommended Mission serve as an optimal starting point.
Subsequently, after completing each Mission, you'll be prompted to undergo another Assess session, receiving ongoing recommendations for both Programs and Missions to pursue next.
