A Mission is a structured program of brain training that is focused on a specific outcome. They typically last between 3 and 8 weeks each. Missions include Ultimate Resilience, Calm You, Peak Performance, Sustainable Performance, Sleep Nirvana, Sharp Mind, and Clear Mind. There are over 16 Missions which are made available through experience and proficiency. Missions have recommended pacing (Sessions per week) and specific Train Program.
