I am having trouble connecting to my Bluetooth

If you are having difficulty pairing your Bluetooth, please follow each step below.

1) Fully close the Sens.ai App

2) Go into Bluetooth settings and forget any paired Sens.ai devices

3) Restart your phone/tablet

4) Open the Sens.ai App

5) If the Bluetooth connection instruction sequence does not automatically start, Go to Profile -> Tutorials and Help -> Connecting Bluetooth

6) Follow the instructions

Note that when you connect your headset and open your app, you will see a notification that reads "Pair" pop-up. Please select this first. You will not be able to pair your data connection through your Bluetooth settings directly.
