I'm having trouble connecting to my Bluetooth (Android)

For successful pairing between your device and the Sens.ai headset it is important that connection is made from the Sens.ai app only.  This is important as the Sens.ai app requires 2 Bluetooth connections. Pairing through your device's Bluetooth settings in the traditional way will not work.

Try the following steps:

  1. Launch the app - ensure that your device's Bluetooth is on and no other competing devices are trying to connect
  2. Turn on the Sens.ai Headset
  3. Follow the prompts from the app

At this point the device should be either searching for the headset and/or "Configuring Headset". You may get an extra prompt saying that you'll need to make a 2nd Bluetooth connection - this is for audio. In this case:

  1. Open the device's Bluetooth settings
  2. Scan Bluetooth for new Bluetooth Devices > Select "Sens.ai"
  3. Return to the app
On any screen in the app, you will see in the bottom right hand corner of your device's screen a little purple icon (i.e. headset with a check mark).  By pressing on the icon it will the headset status.
