For successful pairing between your device and the Sens.ai headset it is important that connection is made from the Sens.ai app only. This is important as the Sens.ai app requires 2 Bluetooth connections. Pairing through your device's Bluetooth settings in the traditional way will not work.
Try the following steps:
- Launch the app - ensure that your device's Bluetooth is on and no other competing devices are trying to connect
- Turn on the Sens.ai Headset
- Follow the prompts from the app
At this point the device should be either searching for the headset and/or "Configuring Headset". You may get an extra prompt saying that you'll need to make a 2nd Bluetooth connection - this is for audio. In this case:
- Open the device's Bluetooth settings
- Scan Bluetooth for new Bluetooth Devices > Select "Sens.ai"
- Return to the app
On any screen in the app, you will see in the bottom right hand corner of your device's screen a little purple icon (i.e. headset with a check mark). By pressing on the icon it will the headset status.
