The Sens.ai app will not impact the system volume on your phone or tablet. The app, however, does modify the volume during neurofeedback including increasing and decreasing the volume as this facilitates the reward system.
If you find this to be too loud we suggest decreasing the initial volume on your device. We always recommend using the audio preview before starting a session to help find a comfortable volume for your session.
