Why do I need to remain still when I'm getting a signal check?

Modified on Thu, 25 Apr at 11:42 AM

Movements or tensions in the body can create "noise" that will impact the ability to get a clean signal check.  Two examples of "noise" would be jaw clenching and excessive eye blinking - both of which are stronger than brainwaves.  With Sens.ai we only want to train on clean brainwave signals.

When prepping for training and in the process of getting signal check, it is important to soften the eyes and soften the tongue and jaw (i.e. soft eyes, soft tongue) and breathe easy and naturally.
