Why is it important to stay relatively still when do my training?

Modified on Thu, 25 Apr 2024 at 05:35 PM

Muscle movement creates much larger signals than brainwaves. Although we do our best to remove the noise, muscle movements such as clenching your jaw, moving your head or body, or a lot of blinking can drown out the brainwave signal. During training, you are alerted with silence if your movement has disrupted the signal.
