Signal Check Issues - Assess Mode - Controller

If there are challenges getting a signal check when doing an Assessment, please ensure the following:

• When inserting the controller into the headset, make sure you hear a "click" 
• The controller is not plugged in and charging
• The headset is not plugged in and charging

It is best practice to have the controller fully charged before doing an assessment.  Getting a signal check during the Assessment is no different than doing a Train or Boost session.
