The audio isn't working on one side of my headset

If there is only audio coming from one side of the headset, please try the following:


Sens.ai Audio Balance
  1. Launch the Sens.ai app and turn on the headset - allow the headset and the app to connect/configure
  2. Once connected - press "Profile" on the bottom right-hand side of the app screen
  3. Select "Headset Information"
  4. Press "Adjust Audio Balance" 
  5. Adjust the audio balance slider to see if there is any change
If you're able to find a "balance point" for the audio where it comes through clearly in both sides, try doing a Train or Boost session.


If the issue persists, please try using the headset as a pair of regular headphones and listen to some music:

Bluetooth Audio Only
  1. Ensure all other apps on your phone requiring Bluetooth connection are closed.
  2. Also make sure that there are no other devices competing to make a Bluetooth connection with your phone.
  3. Shutdown the Sens.ai app, turnoff BT on your phone and turn off your headset
  4. Turn on your phone’s BT as well as the headset - do not launch the Sens.ai app - ensure that the headset is only connected as audio 
  5. Listen to some music
