The LEDs used in Boost sessions emit near-infrared light, which sits just beyond the visible spectrum. While they are very bright, this type of light is only faintly visible—and only if you're looking directly at the LEDs (which you won’t be while wearing the headset).
Additionally, during a Boost session, the LEDs are not continuously active throughout the session. This is especially true at the very start of the session. Rest assured, even if you can’t see the light, the Boost is working as designed.
