Headset won't charge

If the green LED indicator on your Sens.ai headset does not illuminate when plugged in, please follow these steps to help us quickly diagnose the issue:

  1. First, connect your GeniusPulse Controller to a power source.

    • Is the controller’s LED light turning green when plugged in? This helps confirm whether the controller is receiving power correctly.

  2. Next, reconnect your headset to the charger.

    • If the controller's LED lights up but the green LED light on the right ear cup of the headset remains unlit, it may simply require a longer charging period.

    • Please charge for a minimum of 3-4 hours.


To assist us in troubleshooting further, please:

  • Note any colors or blinking patterns you observe on the headset during charging.

  • If possible, email us a short video showing how your device is connected and charging. This will help us assess the situation more accurately and guide you through the next steps.
