Should a reset be necessary for your headset, locate the tiny reset hole at the top of the left ear cup. You will need a paper clip that fits into the hole to press the button inside. The best type of paper clip to use is a "jumbo size" paper clip. If using a jumbo size paper clip, you may need to "finesse" it into the reset hole which is normal.
The instructions are as follows:
- Ensure the Sens.ai App is closed & the Headset is turned on
- Extend the left ear cup as far as it can go
- Locate the small tiny hole at the top of the ear cup
- Use a straightened out paper clip
- Insert the paper clip vertically straight down into the hole
- When you feel resistance press down and hold for 10 seconds (you will feel a click similar to the on/off button)
- As the button is pressed and held, the headset will turn off (there will be no LED lights
- As the button is released, the headset will turn on and the following light sequence will be purple, blue, then blinking blue
If you're not able to hit the reset button, adjust the paperclip and/or angle and try again.
