Headset Reset Instructions

If your Sens.ai headset requires a reset, follow these simple steps:

What You’ll Need:

• A straightened paper clip (jumbo size paperclip is recommended). Note: If you use a jumbo size paperclip, you may need to "finesse" the paper clip to fit into the reset hole. This is normal.

Reset Instructions:

1. Prepare Your Headset:

   • Fully extend the left ear cup.
   • Close the Sens.ai App.
   • Turn on your headset, if possible.

2. Locate the Reset Button:

   • Find the small reset hole at the top of the left ear cup.

3. Reset the Headset:

   • Insert the paper clip vertically into the hole.
   • When you feel resistance, press down until you feel a click (similar to pressing the on/off button). The paperclip should only go down a 1-2cms.
   • Hold for 30 seconds 

4. Observe the Reset Process:

   • While holding the reset button, the headset will turn off (no LED lights).
   • Once you release the button, the headset will restart, and the LED light sequence will display: purple → blue → blinking blue.

Tips for Success:

• If you’re unable to press the reset button on the first try, adjust the angle or positioning of the paper clip and try again.
