Headset won't turn on

If your headset isn’t powering on, try the following steps:

  1. Charge the Headset

    • Using the Sens.ai charging adapter and cable, plug the headset into a wall outlet and charge for a minimum of 3-4 hours.  

    • Ideally it is best to charge the headset until the green LED light on the right ear cup turns off.

  2. Perform a Reset

    • If the headset still doesn’t turn on, it may just need a reset. You can follow our simple Headset Reset Guide for step-by-step instructions.
