If your Sens.ai headset appears stuck or in a "suspended" state, here are two ways to reset it:
Option 1: Let the Battery Drain
- Allow the headset’s battery to fully drain. Once the LED light on the left ear cup turns off, the headset is completely powered down.
- Afterward, recharge the headset fully. You’ll know it’s ready when the green LED light on the right ear cup turns off.
