How do the audio/visual cues work?

Modified on Wed, 06 Mar 2024 at 04:43 PM

The headset’s sensors read your brain and heart signals while the app’s software translates these into light stimulation boosts and audio visual cues. You will hear ‘reward’ sounds through the Sens.ai headphones and see the ‘reward’ visuals on the app. This all happens faster than the speed of analytical thought - your brain just knows what to do once you decide you want these rewards.

This relies on 2 processes that are innate to you already: operant conditioning and neuroplasticity. So in fact, it is you that is adapting your brainwaves based on the ‘reward’ sounds/visuals. The neurofeedback (real-time audiovisual cues) is just a mirror that guides you to learn these healthy brain states such as Calm or Clarity. The light stimulation that our system uniquely combines gives you an added boost so you can learn these states faster and have a felt experience right out of the gate.
