Sens.ai is a powerful system that fully leverages the capacity of your smartphone or tablet. Make sure your operating system is current. Being two or three versions behind can slow performance.
It is a best practice to close other Apps while using Sens.ai.
Sens.ai currently supports iPhone 8 and above and Samsung Galaxy S7. The minimum Hardware performance requirements to check for different manufacturers/models: BLE 4.2; RAM 4GB+; CPU 4 Core+ 1.8GHz+; iOS version 14 and above; Android version 10 and above.
