If there are challenges getting a signal check when doing an Assessment, please ensure the following:
- When inserting the GeniusPulse into the headset, make sure you here a "click"
- The GeniusPulse Controller is not plugged in and charging
- The Headset is not plugged in and charging
It is best practice to have the GeniusPulse Controller fully charged before doing an assessment. Getting a signal check during the Assessment is no different than doing a Train or Boost session.
