You can generally do more than one session per day, but this may be a Train Session followed some hours later by a Boost Session. We have spent years on our system - codifying the evolution/unlocks of Programs and Missions to optimize user success and enjoyment based on the knowledge and experience of our world-class clinical and scientific advisors.
Through this process, we have established the ‘cool downs’ between every combination of Train and Boost sessions. The ‘cool downs’ are the minimum recovery time between certain programs and are displayed in the app with a countdown timer.
Our approach is focused on empowering the individual user. Everything we do builds around this. We check in periodically with simple questions around self-assessment and goals and then adapt.
