Rather than training for specific brainwaves, the Sens.ai adaptive system is designed to support you in training for outcomes specified by you. Each outcome or program correlates with particular brainwaves and brain hubs and may use a particular combination of neurofeedback, light stimulation and/or heart rate variability training.
