If the Mission requires it, there is no opportunity to skip the Prepare program. If Sleep is a dominant problem, do the Sleep Nirvana Mission until it is not. Otherwise, stick to this Mission and Prepare to Boost early in the morning away from sleep time. If worry is an issue, do the Calm You Mission until it is not. If you have not done the recommended Mission which is related to worry or sleep (Calm You or Sleep Nirvana), please do that Mission first.
