Because nootropics is a catch-all term for cognitive enhancers and therefore covers many different supplements we can’t provide a precise response. We do, however, know that amino acids, omega-3 essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals are essential for brain health and mitochondrial function so do consider supplementing those.
